Upcoming Cafe and more activities at the IAWV

Assalam-u-alaikum wrwb,

Inshallah January 13th 2007, we have Jeffery Lang coming to the Cafe for a talk and subsequent discussion. He is a Professor of Mathematics at the University of Kansas and has written a number of books including "Even angels ask" and "Struggling to surrender". His last book is "Losing my religion" and focuses on the younger generation of muslims in the USA. He raises some interesting questions which need to be looked at closely.
We hope that people will read the book "losing my religion" and have questions and comments pertinent to the book, as that will make for a higher level of discussion Inshallah.
